What is the Florida Family Law Handbook?
The Florida Family Law Handbook is a book that goes over information you will need to help you have a successful marriage as well as generalized guidance on raising a family with your partner, economic issues, and what consequences you will face if the marriage were to fail.
It is intended to be a road map to guide you through your marriage and how to deal with situations like:
- Marital Agreements
- Domestic Violence
- Child Neglect/Abuse
- Spousal Support (Alimony or Seperate Maintenance)
- The Passing of a Spouse
- And so many other topics!
