I made a typo! How can I get that changed?

NOTE: If you have already completed the course and generated your certificate, you will need to contact us to make any changes and reissue your certificate with those changes.

If you have not generated your certificate yet...

1. Login to your account and click on the "Account" drop down menu and select "Edit Profile".

2. Here you can update your Name, Address, email, password, etc. Click "Save and Exit" when you are finished making your correction(s).

3. If there is an error to your partner's name or the county, scroll down on that same page and click "Update Names or County".

4. If you receive this error message, that means that you will need to contact us to make the change.
