How do I use my business account?

Registering for a Business Account & Purchasing Courses

From the homepage, you can click on the button to buy courses for your employees. You can also click here.



You will be prompted to make an administrative account.


Once you fill out that information, you will have 1 Class A/B course put into your cart. You will be able to add Class C courses by looking at the section at the bottom that says "You may also be interested in..."

How to Assign Seat/Course Access to an Employee



After you click the "Assign Seat" button, you will be prompted to enter the email address for your employee. They will receive an email that prompts them to click a link and register for the program at no cost. If they don't receive the email, they should check their spam folder. You can also directly send them the URL provided. If you need to change the email address, you can click the "Assign Seat" and update the email address. When you click the "Send" button, a new email will be sent to the email that was entered.


 

How to Download an Employee's Certificate of Completion

Click the "Review Progress" tab and then click the blue "Review Progress" button next to the employee that you wish to view course information for.


After clicking "Review Progress", click the green "Download Certificate" button to get the printable PDF that serves as proof of course completion.
