How do I pass your course?
When you first login, click the "Start" button on your account dashboard.
Once you are on the course page, you can see your course progress on the right of the table of contents.
What do these things mean?
- Course Name
- The name of our course and the course you are taking.
- Time Spent in Course
- The amount of time you have spent in the course so far. The course tracks this automatically while you are actively in the course.
- Passed Completion Quiz
- You completed and passed the completion quiz at the end of the course. You are able to take the completion quiz as many times as you need until you pass it.
- Spent 4 Hours in the course
- You have met the 4 hour requirement for the course. This is determined by the "Time Spent in Course"
- If you complete the course and quiz under the 4 hours, revisit chapters that you would like to further discuss with your partner until you meet the 4 hour requirement. This is a State of Florida law and we cannot bypass this requirement for any reason.
- Passed course
- You have completed all of the requirements for the course and can now get your certificate!
Once your course progress looks like this, you can now go download your certificate!
You can also access your certificate on your dashboard after completing the course.
